What Is Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a very natural process of creating a hyper-suggestible state offering access to your subconscious mind. It enables you to change limiting beliefs, associations, thoughts, behaviors, and sensations.

WilI I Lose Control?

No. In the state of hypnosis you don't do or say anything you don't want to express. Hypnosis is not an artificial condition imposed onto someone, so it's important to relax and allow Todd to walk you through your own process. Think of Todd as the personal trainer for your mind. You do all the work while he coaches you through your workout. Your results are up to you.

Will I Be Unconscious?

No. Hypnosis is such a natural state that you may not even recognize it as hypnosis. In fact, we are in and out of hypnosis all day long. It's not unconscious, it's subconscious. It's very much like "twilight sleep," that place where you are not quite asleep and not quite awake.

What Will it Feel Like?

If you have never experienced hypnosis before you may find yourself feeling a little nervous at first, but eventually you slip into a very calm, placid place.
